When a customer requests to reserve a specific time frame, you are immediately notified with the option to accept or reject the request. Once you take action, the customer is then notified if their reservation was accepted or rejected.

If the customer's reservation is accepted, they will be allowed to submit payment information so that you may charge them through the ZRECommerce administrative interface.

Receipts are automatically sent to the e-mail provided by the customer during the process.
